DAY 1: Arrival at Cochin & Drive to Munnar ( 4hrs Approx Drive)
A warm welcome to GODS OWN COUNTRY- ‘Kerala’. On the arrival at Cochin International Airport / Ernakulam Railway station / Bus station, pick up the guest and straight towards the Hill station – ‘MUNNAR’. On reaching the destination Check-in the resort and have small refreshment and set out for traverse the beauty of Munnar- the convergence of three types of mountain streams 1600m above the sea level. The area is famous for its Tea Plantations; book towns, corkscrew towpath and small beautiful waterfalls the makes your eye sight to cure sore minds. After that in the evening it’s the best time to visit Blossom Park, Tea Gardens and enjoy a nature friendly Elephant ride. Rest of the time relax and enjoy the day as leisure.

DAY 2: Full Day Munnar Sightseeing
In the morning after enjoying your breakfast, get set ready for view fabulous scenery. Let’s move on the Rose Garden, enjoy the beauty of the Mattupetty dam, echo point and Kundala Dam and Eravikulam National park. You can also enjoy a wonderful shopping experience at Spice garden in the evening with a mist atmosphere. Late night stay at Resort.
DAY 3: Munnar – Thekkady (3hrs 30mints Aprox Drive)
Early in the morning after having the breakfast, let’s move towards the tropical evergreen forest at Thekkady. On the way enjoy the beauty of dense forest Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the world’s most fascinating natural wildlife reserves. To set out from all those busy life Periyar is the best place to take a cruise on lake and there after a jungle walk. Thereafter visit the plantations with spices, bird watching and shopping. We are also providing an optional activities including elephant safari, Kalarippayattu (Martial Arts) & Kathakali. Late night stay at hotel in Thekkady.
DAY 4: Thekkady – Kumarakom
In the morning after having the delicious breakfast, move to next spot to enjoy the nature’s beauty with backwaters. On reaching the destination check-in to Houseboat and later on experience the sightseeing and whole day as Leisure, Here you can also feel the adorable greenery of paddy fields, villages with nostalgia’s. Late night stay at House Boat.
DAY 5: Departure to Cochin
Enjoy your breakfast and thereafter check-out from houseboat and proceed to Cochin for departure. If time permits let us have a glance of Cochin Beauty. Visit some of the famous historical place in Cochin: Dutch Palace, Jews street, Chinese Net, Jewish Synagogue, Marine Drive and St. Francis Church and ‘The queen of Arabian Sea’. Towards the end our driver will drop your at Airport/ Railway station and trip comes to an end.

DAY 1: ARRIVE COCHIN : TRANSFER TO MUNNAR
Our representative will receive you at cochin airport and you will be directly transferred to Munnar. Reach Munnar and check into the resort. Later in the evening proceed to visit the nearest Tea Museum. Back to the hotel; Rest of the time to relax. Overnight stay
DAY 2: MUNNAR
Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams – Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. Sightseeing in Munnar – Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake, Echo point, Rajamalai where you can visit the rarest species known as Nilgiri Thars (Subject to opening)
DAY 3: MUNNAR – THEKKADY
After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Thekkady, on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for Spice plantation tour. Later in the evening, proceed for Boating in Lake Periyar (part of conducted tour). Back to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 4: THEKKADY – ALLEPPEY / KUMARAKOM
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey ‘the popular backwater paradise of kerala‘. Reach Alleppey within 4 hours. Check into the resort. Later in the evening, opt for 3 hours motor boat cruise (payable direct) to explore the backwaters, lush coconut lagoons, never-ending paddy fields, narrow canals. Back to the hotel for overnight stay
DAY 05: ALLEPPEY – KOCHI
After breakfast, check out and drive to Cochin (2 hours). Reach cochin before noon. Check into the hotel. Relax for some time. Later in the afternoon proceed to visit local or nearby places for shopping or sightseeing. Proceed to visit Fort Kochi & Mattanchery Area. Visit Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Chruch, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese fishing nets. Visit Mattanchery Palace; overnight stay
DAY 06: KOCHI AIRPORT DROP
After check out from the Hotel and drive to Cochin Airport / railway station (depend on your departure place) for your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God’s Own Country.

Day 01: Reception at Kochi (Cochin)
Pick up at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam/Aluva Railway station, drop at prebooked Hotel/ resort, Relax, Explore Cochin – move to Fort Cochin, Visit Fort Kochi beach, backwaters, Chinese fishing nets, Marine drive – the downtown of Cochin with sea entrance and a walk way. Day 02: Cochin – Munnar Move to Munnar
(This is a 3 and a half hours journey, en route sightseeing – Valara, Cheeyappara waterfalls, Anachal view opportunity to purchase Original Spices from the farm). Check-in at the hotel and relax. Explore the Hill station with local sightseeing.
Day 03: Munnar Sightseeing
Move for Sightseeing starting at 9 am. Visit Eravikulam National Park at Rajamalai, famous for the rare species of Nilgiri Tahr and exotic flora and fauna. Visit the Tea Museum. Back for Lunch, Visit Photo Point, Rose garden, Mattuppety Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Hydel Park, back to Munnar resort
Day 04: Munnar – Thekkady
Move to Thekkady en route viewpoints, Spice plantations, viewpoints), on arrival go to Periyar wildlife sanctuary for boating It is a golden opportunity, to watch the wild animals across the shore of the lake. Besides, you will get a marvelous look at the lake and forest together. Check into Hotel at Thekkady and relax, Visit Spice market and explore Thekkady at your leisure.
Day 05: Thekkady Alleppey Houseboat
Move to Alleppey. Check in to Houseboat at Noon. Explore and Enjoy the Kerala backwater ride through Vembanad Lake. You can explore the Paddy Fields, experience Kuttanadan Backwater life, Fishing, Toddy Shops, Backwater islands, etc. Overnight stay at houseboat.
Day 06: Alleppey to Kovalam
Check out at 9 am after breakfast and the morning cruise. Move to Kovalam. Check into Hotel / Resort. Relax, Explore Kovalam beach at your leisure. (Kovalam is a popular world-known Beach with three adjacent crescent beaches. It has been a favorite haunt of tourists, especially Europeans. There are a Llight House and Aquarium to visit. Day 07: Kovalam – Trivandrum / Cochin
Explore beach in the morning, Move to Trivandrum. Trivandrum sightseeing includes visiting Zoo, Museum, Darshan at Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Kuthirmalika, Napier Museum, etc. Evening drop at Trivandrum airport / Railway station. Arrive Kochi (colonial name Cochin) meet the assistance and transfer to Munnar. Munnar was the summer resort of the British and now is one of the most popular hill stations in Kerala. Enjoy the stunning view of the Cardamom hills & greenery of the Tea plantations. Near Munnar town photostop at Attukad waterfalls & Pothamedu view point. On reaching Munnar visit Tata Tea Museum : Tata Tea Museum is one of the significant sightseeing spots in Munnar. It is home to exclusive exhibits like traditional tea roller known as ‘Rotorvane’ used for processing of CTC tea; the biggest delight for tea lovers is the fascinating experience of plucking tea leaves and tasting different types of tea. Day 2 :Munnar
Today morning After Breakfast, take a full day sightseeing tour of Munnar, Covering Eravikulam National Park : is located in the Kannan Devan hills of Munnar. The national park is famous for endangered Nilgiri Tahr. The Rajamalai region of the park is open to the public and from here; the exotic Nilgiri Tahr can be viewed. The Rajamalai region falls under the tourism zone of the area. The forest spread over an area of 97 sq km is divided into; core area, buffer area and tourism area. Core area and buffer area is not open to the public. Timings : 7:00 am – 6:00 pm All days Entry fee : INR 125 per adult, INR 95 per child, INR 420 for foreign nationals Its advisable to book in advance online – https://eravikulamnationalpark.in/landing (Note : Eravikulam National Park will be closed from February to March every year for the two months due to the calving season of Nilgiri Tahr.) Kundala Lake : Kundala dam is an artificial dam, Asia’s first arch dam. Though it pulls with its serenity and beauty, you could be lucky to spot the rare Neelakurinji flowers, which blossom once in 12 years in the adjacent hills and valleys of Kundala Lake. Boating in Kundala offers options of pedal boating, row boating and shikara rides. Shikara boat ride is famous here. Timings : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm All days Entry fee : INR 10 per (Boating charges : INR 350 for 15 minutes Mattupetty dam : Mattupetty Dam and the lake are beautiful scenic spots of Munnar, located near Anamudi peak and surrounded by tea plantations, spice gardens and rolling hills. The dam area is also an ideal picnic spot and a lovely trekking path. The District Tourism Promotion Council runs boating facilities in Mattupetty Lake, you can choose from speedboats and motorboats. Located on Mattupetty Road, the park is one of the popular Munnar tourist attractions and offers short elephant rides of 10-15 minutes. Day 3 :Munnar – Thekkady – (110 kms , 4 hrs)
Today Morning after Breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady. As you wind your way up the road, the wooded terrain clears to reveal a breathtaking plantations, Fill your lungs with fresh mountain air; savour the rich fragrance of cinnamon and cloves. Thekkady is situated 2800 ft above sea level; Enroute visit Spice Plantation : The geographical and climatic peculiarities of Kumily such as the cool climate and its elevation from the sea level make it ideal for spice cultivation. One of the major spices produced in the area is cardamom. The variety, Cardamom Small, botanically known as Elettaria Cardamom, is the one that is mostly grown here. The thick shrub-like cardamom plant usually grows at an altitude of 600 to 1200 metres from mean sea level (msl). Kerala contributes about 70 percent of the national production of cardamom with the major chunk coming from the plantations of Kumily.The pepper plantations are something else that are worth seeing. The sunlight seeping through the shapely leaves of the pepper plants is an alluring sight. Entry fees : INR 200 to 300 per person On arrival check into hotel. Day 7: Kovalam / Poovar – (optional cost)
Today morning after Breakfast visit the places in Trivendrum , Shri Padmanabhswamy Temple : Shri Padmanabhaswamy temple exhibits exceptionally beautiful architecture which is a blend of Tamil and authentic Kerala style. Day 8: Kovalam/ Poovar – Trivendrum – (25 Kms, 1 Hr)
