Day 1 Arrival in Yerevan

Day 2 City Tour
After breakfast we will start the tour around Yerevan, the ancient capital of Armenia, which was founded in 782 B.C. Armenians are proud that Yerevan is 29 years older than Rome. During the city tour, you will have a walk around the central city, visiting Cascade, Opera and Ballet Theater, Mashtots Avenue and Republic Square. You
will visit Genocide Memorial – a solemn reminder of the first genocide of the 20th century. At the end of the tour we will take you to shopping mall or back to hotel. Overnight: Hotel in Yerevan.
Day 3 Tsakhkadzor village – Lake Sevan
After breakfast we will drive to Gegharkunik Province which is best known for amazing Lake Sevan. It is one of the highest freshwater lakes in the world located at an altitude of 1900 meters above the sea level. On the way we will visit Tsaghkadzor village which is know for its winter snow activities, like skiing. We will visit Kecharis monastery In Lake Sevan we will visit Sevanavank Monsatery in the peninsula from where you can have a great view to the Lake and Armenian mountain chains. You can have a lunch here at the restaurant near the lake and also have time for taking a boat(optional). Overnight

Day 1: Arrival – City Tour – Matenadaran
Arrival in Zvartnots airport. Meet and greet transfer. we start our exploration of the vibrant capital of Armenia, Yerevan, where ancient culture is mixed with modern lifestyle and great traditions. Start
the tour in the center to the Republic Square, We are in the Opera House, next we are in Cascade complex, an open-air museum of modern art with massive stairways leading up to the Victory Park to
have a fantastic view to the entire downtown from above. Visit Matenadaran one of the world’s largest depositories that holds over 23 000 manuscripts and ancient parchments from all over Europa and Asia. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 2: Yerevan – Etchmiadzin – Zvartnots –tsitsernakaberd Memorial– Yerevan
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the ruins of Zvartnots Temple (7th century) which is listed as a World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO. Zvartnots is an outstanding monument of world architecture, evidence of the high level of the development of the artistic and engineering thought in the 7th-century Armenia. The cathedral had been standing for about 300 years and was destroyed by a disastrous earthquake. But even in ruins it has a majestic beauty. Proceed to the town of Echmiadzin, the center of the Armenian Church and the spiritual center of Armenian people. Here is the location of Echmiadzin Cathedral, which is the most ancient Christian temple of Armenia. The cathedral was built in 301-303 by Grigor the Enlightener, the first bishop of Armenians. Optional: Visit Maran winery for the wine degustation and excursion. Return to Yerevan. Visit Memorial Park to the victims of Armenian Genocide, the first genocide of the 20th Century. Overnight at the hotel in
Yerevan.
Day 3: Yerevan – Khor Virap – Noravank –yerevan
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Khor Virap monastery 4- 17th cc. 45 km. from Yerevan the monastery of Khor-Virap has a very rich history, both religious and secular. Khor Virap was built in
Artashat during the reign of the Arshakids dynasty. At that time it was used as a pit dungeon for convicts. It is situated in the Ararat valley against the biblical Ararat Mountain, were Noah’s arch cast anchor. The importance of it is connected with Gregory the Illuminator, who introduced Christianity to Armenia and is considered to be the first Armenian catholicos. Continue tour to Vayots Dzor region. After meal visit Noravank monastery – a great religious and cultural center of 12th c. Continue back to Yerevan. Overnight at the Hotel in Yerevan.
Day 4: Yerevan – Sevan – Garni – Geghard– Yerevan
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to visit Sevanavank, a beautiful Monastery on the Peninsula, once and a strategic shelter for Armenian Kings. Departure to Garni Temple. It was built in the first
century A.D. by the Armenian King Tiridates and it is dedicated to a heathen god, probably to Mithra, the god of the sun whose figure stood in the depth of the sanctuary. The Garni canyon along the Azat River is attractive for the wonderful natural rocks start from the beginning up to the highest point of the canyon. Optional: Garni Gorge typically referred to as the “Symphony of Stones”, a unique and picturesque monument of the nature. Northeast of Garni, higher up the gorge of the Azat River, there is a magnificent monument of medieval Armenian architecture Geghard monastery inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage list. Geghard is another incredible ancient Armenian monastery, partly carved out of a mountain. Though the monastery of Geghard was around before the 4th century, the
main cathedral was built in 1215. Return to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 5: Departure
Transfer to the airport and departure.

Day 1: Arrive at Yerevan
Welcome to Yerevan – also known as Armenia’s Pink City.

Day 4: Tsaghkadzor – Sevan Lake – Sevanavank Monastery (PVT Basis)
Enjoy Breakfast in Hotel. Drive to Tsaghkadzor (means “gorge of flowers”) town, the magical place of forested mountains. Short walking tour around the small town. Opportunity go up to the mountain peaks by rope way, where you will catch an unforgettable gorgeous panoramic view of this part of the world (going up the first level and back). In winter Tsakhkadzor is a well-known ski resort with several levels of ropeways leading up the mountains. In summer it’s a pleasant place to spend the afternoon in nature and enjoy the sun. Day 5: Yerevan – Khor Virap – Areni – Noravank (PVT Basis)
Enjoy Breakfast in Hotel. First our stop for today will be Khor Virap monastery which when translated from Armenian means deep dungeon. Here according to the legend Gregory the Illuminator was held prisoner for 13 years and from this place Armenian Christianity stat its roots. Then we will continue our trip to Vayots Dzor region the birthplace of Armenian wine that according to recent archeological findings dates back 6000 years. Here we will visit Noravank monastery and have lunch time near Arpa River after we will proceed to Areni winery for wine degustation. Overnight stay at Yerevan
Day 6: Departure
Morning after breakfast; you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

Day 1: Arrival at Yerevan
Your Yerevan travel package will start as soon as you reach the airport. You will be welcomed by our local representative, who will transfer you to the hotel. Check in and relax in the comfortable rooms of the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Enjoy a Yerevan City Tour
Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a city tour in Yerevan. Here you can explore the panoramic views of the city and make acquaintance with the Center of the City, Republic Square, the sightseeing of the Opera and Ballet building, the Parliament and Residency of the President of Armenia, the State University, the Mother Armenia Monument, and the Sports & Concert Complex. Visit Tsitsernakaberd, which is a monument to the Armenia Genocide Victims, as well as the Genocide Victims’ Museum,commemorating the 1.5 million Armenians who perished during the first Genocide of the 20th century in Western Armenia and in the territory of the Ottoman Empire. Afterward, explore the Cascade complex, which
is the modern art centre of Yerevan. Cascade is home to Cafesjan modern art museum. This place is even more beautiful in the evenings, full of locals and tourists from all over the world. Enjoy spending some time in one of the cozy cafes surrounded by beautiful sculptures. Then visit the Blue Mosque, one of the biggest and oldest
mosques in the Caucasus, which is situated in the heart of Yerevan. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 3: Delve into the Beauty of Lake Sevan and Dilijan
This is the third day of your Armenia holiday package. After having a delicious breakfast served at the hotel, you will drive to Lake Sevan, which is one of the wonders of Armenia. This blue lake, with a total surface area of 1,490 kilometers square, is one of Eurasia’s largest high-mountain freshwater lakes. You can climb on the peninsula to get a fascinating view of SevanLake.Afterward, visit Sevanavank Monastery, which has overlooked the lake forcenturies. Now, you will drive to the mountain resort of Dilijan, or so-called Armenian Switzerland,which is well known for its forest and mysterious flora and fauna. Enjoy a small walking tour in Dilijan with a visit to the handicrafts street and watch the preparation of different national souvenirs from wood, stones, and ceramics. Later, explore the Haghartsin Monastery complex, located in a secluded place in a forest. Drive back to Yerevan and stay overnight at the hotel
Day 4: Explore the Alluring Garni and Geghard
Start the fourth day of your Armenia tour with a flavorsome breakfast. Visit the only remaining Pagan temple in Armenia, which is devoted to the God of Sun- Myrth, in Garni. Enjoy aphoto stop at Charentc Arc. Now, get ready to discover the ruins of Royal Palace and Royal bath-house nearby. As per your interest, enjoy a family hosted lunch in a private village house while watching the preparation of Lavash, which is an Armenian traditional flat bread baked in a stone-make oven by Armenian countryside ladies using the same ancient technology as hundreds of years before. Continue your journey to the uniquely caved Geghard Monastery. Return back to Yerevan and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Enjoy Shopping in Yerevan and Visit Tsaghkadzor
Today is the fifth day of your Armenia vacation package. Have a flavorful breakfast at the hotel and drive to Tsaghkadzor, a magical place of forested mountains. Have a short walking tour around the small town. Afterward, visit Kecharis Monastery, which is one of the most important medieval attractions in Armenia. You will get the opportunity to go up to the mountain peaks by ropeway, where you will catch an unforgettable and gorgeous view of this part of the world. Later, drive back to Yerevan and visit Vernissage, an open-air exhibition market. Lastly, you will be dropped off at Dalma Garden or Yerevan Mall for shopping. Return to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: A Free Day in Yerevan to Explore
On the fifth day of your Yerevan holiday, have a delicious breakfast served at the hotel. Today, you can enjoy your time at your own leisure. It is recommended to explore the nearby historical attractions, try some delicious local food, and shop for some amazing souvenirs in the local shops. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: It’s Time to Say Good Bye to Yerevan!
